“Please can you provide details for all food outlets which have scored "D
or E" by the CCC food safety ratings during the period January 2023 to
March 2023.

Please also include:
* The physical address for any of these companies with said rating.
* Have these companies since improved their grade or if not, what other
action has been taken.”.

 

Please find below a response to your LGOIMA request.

 

Unlike other councils, Christchurch City Council does not have a grading
system bylaw and therefore we are unable to provide the food safety
ratings required for this request.

 

You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review our
decision. Complaints can be sent by email to

Please note: our LGOIMA responses may be published on the Christchurch
City Council website a month after they have been responded to, with
