Dear Christchurch City Council,

Please supply the following information under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA):
1. a list of all the applications for funding to SARA from the Christchurch City Council, and
2. confirm which applications for funding were granted, and
3. a list of all funding that has been provided to SARA, but not applied for, and
4. if any funding was rejected or only partially funded,
5. and specify if the funding was allocated to particular activities, e.g. the St Albans News Letter,
6. please restrict the information from January 2017 to current date,

I understand that a decision on a request for information under the LGOIMA should be made within 20 working days of receiving that request.
