Dear OIA,

I am referring to option two.

The policy that pertains to DIAs approach to manage the debt incurred by third parties.

This is where DIA invoices for any of its services or goods and those invoices are not subsequently paid by the customer. This is not limited to the public but to any entity that DIA invoices
