Thank you for your further email dated 12 December 2014

 

We have reviewed the information previously provided to you, and have
decided to provide the further information as attached which covers the
financial period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014.

 

This information is set out in the six attached documents. Each document
relates to a different unit of the Council; this explains the slight
differences in the presentation of the information.

 

You also requested information on the gifts received by Councillors. The
Chief Executive has not been informed of any gifts being received by
Elected Members in virtue of their position during the period requested.

 

Please note this new information supplied differs from previously supplied
information. The previously supplied information was a summary of the
value of gifts purchased by the Palmerston North City Council for its
employees.

 

Please note that we have excluded from the information anything that would
enable the recipients of gifts to be identified. This is to protect their
personal privacy. This is a valid reason for withholding information, as
per section 7(2)(a) of the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987.

 

If you are still unhappy with the information provided, you are welcome to
refer the matter to the Office of the Ombudsmen for investigation and
