Official information request relating to wastewater assets that are subject to the joint venture 
deed 
 
I refer to your official information request dated 7 December 2022. 
 
The information you have requested is enclosed. The question you specified has been included in bold 
below, with our response following. 
 
Please send the following information: 
 
1.  A list of all wastewater water treatment and network assets located within Porirua City 
Council that are the subject of the Deed Relating to Joint Wastewater Works between 
Porirua City Council and Wellington City Council dated 27 February 2008.  
This will comprise all those assets that are subject to Schedule 1 of that Joint Venture 
Deed. 
 
Please find enclosed a spreadsheet containing the information you requested. Also enclosed is a 
map of the wastewater network.
