Any documents and/or plans relating to earthworks on Lincolnshire Farm
Andy Palmer made this Official Information request to Wellington City Council
The request was successful.
From: Andy Palmer
Dear Wellington City Council,
I would like to view any documents and/or plans relating to earthworks currently underway, or planned, on Lincolnshire Farm at the end of Grenada Drive, Wellington.
My interest is in understanding the scale of work being done and likely timeframe. This would include any approved resource consents and planning documents. The publicly available documents I have seen don't contain specific detail, e.g. roading layout.
I am not interested in advice given by WCC to the developers, or any correspondence between relevant parties.
Yours faithfully,
Andy Palmer

Please note this response date is longer than usual as it takes into account the Christmas close down period of 20 December 2022 to 10 January 2023, this is in line with the Act.

Kia ora Andy,
Thank you for your below request.
Lincolnshire Fam falls within an Urban Development Area (UDA). I have attached the three District Plan chapters that deal with the UDA for your reference, there is also a section on our website here https://wellington.govt.nz/your-council/... .
Every house built in the UDA requires resource consent approval, with most also requiring earthworks consents. Given this, what you have requested will require a substantial amount of collation. In order for us to give you the most relevant information, please consider refining your request.
To refine a request, you may want to consider:
• Refining the location to specific properties or section of a map
• Refining the types of documents.
Without refining your request, the Council would either consider refusing your request under section 17(f) of the Act due to substantial manual collation or research or we may consider charging for the request.
Ngâ mihi

Dear BUS: Assurance,
Thanks for your clarification.
What I am primarily interested in is the planned street layout in much more detail than is provided in Lincolnshire Farm Structure Plan.
I am not interested in the individual houses, though would be okay if the street layout documentation included indicative boundaries as well.
Yours sincerely,
Andy Palmer

Kia ora Andy,
Unless the area you are referring to has been developed, then unfortunately the Structure Plan layout is the most useful document.
If you're able to be more specific on the area you want information on, we may be able to provide something further.
Or if you would like to email me with your contact details (outside of FYI for privacy reasons) I can have someone in the Resource Consents team get in touch to discuss this area.
Ngā mihi
