Are the RG9 & RG29 forms the same document?

It appears you are referring to the birth source documents.

RG 9 - Notification of Birth
RG 27 - Birth Registration

These are separate forms, at the cost of $25.00 each.

However, when you apply for these, the form will only refer to an RG 27, if you are wanting your RG 9, you will need to specify in the notes section on the form that you are requesting this.

The RG29 is a document for internal office use only and his does not correspond to anything we issue.

The source document form is an application requesting for a RG27.
