Consultation documents for the Victoria Square remodeling

Paul Sutherland made this Official Information request to Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority

The request was partially successful.

From: Paul Sutherland

Dear Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority,

In the media recently it was reported that "CCDU had consulted inner-city residents' groups as well as several agencies including the city council, Christchurch Civic Trust and Heritage New Zealand" {http://www.stuff.co.nz/the-press/busines...}

May I have a copy of the consultation documents, and the responses that were returned to CCDU

Yours faithfully,

Paul Sutherland

Dear oce (CERA),
Thank you for your response.

I would have imagined that you would have had a robust process for dealing with OAI requests, including if nothing else looking in the sent items of Janet Bramham, Community and Customer Services, Social and Cultural Recovery who responded on the October 21, 2014 with "Thank you for your email. I have forwarded it to my colleagues who are handling Official Information Act requests."

Regardless of that you did not respond to the fact that by law, CERA should normally have responded promptly and by November 18, 2014.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Sutherland

Dear oce (CERA),

As I understand it a, response to my request is long overdue.

Does my request have a tracking id or reference number that I can refer to in future correspondence and in my questions to the Ombudsmen?

Thanks
