Recent engineering report regarding Majestic House
Jasper Bryant-Greene made this Official Information request to Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority
The request was refused by Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority.
From: Jasper Bryant-Greene
Dear Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority,
CERA has made several public statements in the media regarding the damage Majestic House has sustained in the Canterbury earthquakes.
Under the Official Information Act, I hereby request a copy of the most recent engineering report that CERA holds for Majestic House (corner Manchester and Lichfield Streets), upon which these statements were presumably based.
I wish to receive an electronic response. With regard to section 12 of the OIA, I am a New Zealand citizen and presently reside in New Zealand.
Yours faithfully,
Jasper Bryant-Greene
