From: Barnaby Bennett

Dear oce (CERA),

By my records you were supposed to have responded to this request by the 23rd of January, but gave yourselves an extra 20 days. This extra 20 days is now up. Its concerns me that this is the only way for me to find information about the future of the town hall, and newspaper reports with CERA officials comment that a decision is presently being made, and that you are not fulfilling your legal obligation to respond to this in a timely way.

I would appreciate communication regarding my request promptly, and will go to the ombudsmen if this is not forthcoming.

Yours sincerely,

Barnaby Bennett
