Dear Unitec Institute of Technology,

I write to request all documents help by UIT pertaining to the appointment of Fale Andrew Lesa to the UIT board. Documents sought may include, but are not limited to: a copy of the CV provided by Mr Lesa as part of his appointment process, a copy of any correspondence between government ministers and UIT pertaining to Mr Lesa's appointment, documents that containing due diligence or evaluations of Mr Lesa by UIT (e.g. documents setting out how UIT was satisfied that Mr Lesa was qualified for appointment), and any referee statements provided by a third party regarding Mr Lesa's appointment.
