Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
I write requesting confirmation that Fale Andrew Lesa is either currently or has previously been held the position of "director" at ACC.
Mr Lesa claimed to be a Director of ACC during the recent local body election campaign in Auckland through inclusion in electioneering material. I.e. https://www.lovemanurewa.nz/lesa/
Mr Lesa has made this claim elsewhere online also I.e. https://impactdev360.co.nz/associates/
I am concerned the claim was made inappropriately in the context of an election campaign, giving the impression that Mr Lesa is a member of the Corporation's board.
Are you able to confirm whether or not Mr Lesa is affiliated to ACC in a 'director' role?
If Mr Lesa is not affiliated with ACC in such a position, will the Corporation contact Mr Lesa via his Manurewa Local Board contact information and ask him to retract this claim?
