Kia ora Vi Saena,
I was aware the performance of DIA was inferior than other government departments, but making it visible to all the users of this website is a surprise to me. What have happened to the department? As a taxpayer I feel sad.
Moreover, what is interesting is that MBIE did provide an answer to the requester when receiving a similar request. Please see the link: https://fyi.org.nz/request/20228-informa...
Could you please let me know why MBIE can provide an answer and DIA can’t?
In order to facilitate, I will scope my request similar to the one accepted and replied by MBIE:
“copies of the most recent assessment templates and training materials for Citizenship Officers to follow when assessing the current Citizenship by Grant applications”
