Road designs near Wellington War Memorial

Dear Wellington City Council,

Now that the tunnel below the War Memorial Park is complete and construction of the park itself is commencing, I would like to know if the designs for the nearby local roads have been finalised. I've seen construction of what looks like parking blocks, but I'm interested in how Tory St and Tasman St will interact with the park.

This leaves me with three parts to my request. Firstly, are the road designs complete? Secondly, if they are complete, can you send me descriptions or renderings of these roads, including how pedestrian and cyclist traffic are expected to interact with vehicles? Finally, have any measures been undertaken to ensure that the resulting road designs protect pedestrians and cyclists from vehicles looking to use Tory St and Tasman St as a short cut to and from town?
