I am seeking footage from 29 August 2022 between 7am and 7.35pm. In relation to a traffic accident (car v bike) near Marcellin College. Heading from 3 Kings toward Royal oak.

 Marcellin College at 617 Mount Albert Road, Royal Oak on the 29^th of
 August 2022 between 7am and 7:35pm.

On 5/09/2022 you asked for CCTV footage for 29 August 2022 between 0700
 and 1935 hours near Marcellin College heading from Three Kings toward
 Royal Oak.  Unfortunately we have no footage available for your request,
 your request is therefore declined under Section 17 (e) of the Local
 Government Official Information Act (LGOIMA) 1987 as the footage does not
 exist.
