Deployable appliance requirements for structure fires Auckland
Sami made this Official Information request to Fire and Emergency New Zealand
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Sami to read a recent response and update the status.
From: Sami
Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,
I would like to obtain information regarding deployable appliance requirements for structure fires, across zones for alarm levels in Auckland.
If you could also refine the meaning of 'zones' (what is it?). As is mentioned in other FYI requirements.
Is there a map of these zones?
and
How many zones in Auckland?
Yours faithfully,
Sam I

Kia ora Sam,
We are looking to clarify your request to ensure we are providing the relevant information requested.
1. For your request for 'deployable appliance requirements' are you requesting what types of appliances would be deployed for each alarm level for a structure fire in the Auckland area?
2. Would you be able to provide the reference number for the other FYI case referencing 'zones' so we can provide the relevant definition for you? (5 digit number at the top of Fire and Emergency OIA response letters)
If you could get back to us by EOD Thursday 28 November 2024, that would be appreciated.
Ngā mihi,
Information Requests Team
