Dear Auckland Council,

I am requesting information on what consultation was taken with the
Puketāpapa Local Board regarding the bin removals that have taken place in
2024.

I would like to see:

1) Workshop records recording any decisions made by the board about
location of bin removals

2) Business meeting decisions (if any) recording the above decisions

3) Any emails where Local Board members made decisions about the removal
of bins

4) Any advice given about Local Board members using their budget to keep
bins (as has been done by Manurewa Local Board)
