From: Paul Kelly

Dear THOMSON, Raewyn,

Thank you for sending me the information I requested.
I find it interesting and very concerning in that this whole POD debate is actually about SAR politics rather than what is best for the missing subject and there family and friends. I can take a calculated guess as to who the all the blanked out names are and I know the reasons for what they have written. My hope is that people who read the OIA sight will question what is going on and may evan be able to provide Joe and those with blanked out names some insights from there perspectives. Joe and the police in general will need to be carefull that the experts who pushed them in there curent direction dont do what they are know to have done before which is run for cover or flip on what they originaly promoted leaving the police to be hung out to dry when things dont go as there experts said they would.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Kelly
