Aerial Deployment of 1080 on Moehau Coromandel
Ryan made this Official Information request to Poto Williams
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Poto Williams should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Ryan
Hon Poto Williams,
We the living men and women of the Coromandel have been made aware that despite Rahui being placed on the Moehau to prevent the deployment of toxic residual poisons and strong ongoing objections present - that an aerial operation to deploy a substance classed as toxic to all mammalian and aquatic life will take place in the coming days with a suggested drop date of 8th August 2022 following on from the recent Papakai poisoning earlier in 2022.
As minister of conservation and under this Act, please provide answers to the following questions with utmost urgency given the proposed deployment and be advised that carrying out any further aspect of the proposal with Rahui in place and in the absence of adequate responses to the many and wide ranging issues raised, that any participants of this or any associated operation may be in breach of Crown obligations under the Treaty of Waitangi, any such activity would be deemed unlawful and may constitute a breach of section 200 of the Crimes Act 1961.
1. Please provide documented evidence showing fully signed and dated consent to administer and deploy poison along with names and contact details of the living men and women as well as any corporate entity which ultimately gave the assumed consent to deploy 1080 POISON on Moehau for this proposed drop including any company or individual which stands to gain any form of financial remuneration from the poison operation including but not limited to their crown and corporate affiliates and any contractors companies or participants to the operation acting as agents as defined in section 16 of the Secret Commissions Act 1910 and include confirmation that all relevant and necessary disclosures have been made in relation to their obligations within the meaning of the Act and made available under this request with full transparency to show that no benefit is being derived by any providing consent or being awarded contracts either directly or indirectly.
2. Please provide documented evidence that either you as minister in your full unlimited professional and personal capacity, persons or corporation named on the consent have the authority to administer natural land of substance and deploy known toxins by aerial
application where Living Men and Women are present in their natural state and can administer that land as a claim of right including but not limited to exercising their inalienable rights & moral obligations to protect Our living land providing resource and sustenance for We the living men and woman on behalf of our families for the benefit of Our future to be free from toxic trespass.
Given the long outstanding matters remain unclear and the voice and position of We the people becomes clearer everyday, we use this request to notify the following points whilst awaiting the statutory timeframe allowed for questions to be answered under the OIA.
Notice;
Department of Conservation including but not limited to Crown agents by contract or third party affiliation including Thames Coromandel District Council, Waikato Regional Council as well as area community groups deploying poisons through use of crown funding namely Moehau Environment Group (MEG) and Habitat Tuateawa Inc. (HT), their volunteers and paid employees also being considered agents within the interpretations given in the Secret Commissions Act of 1910 section 16 and associated with the operation are all issued with notice to immediately upon receipt of this request - Cease and Desist all poisoning of the living whenua - ‘Moehau’ and its northern Coromandel surrounds - Do not trespass the area as any part of the proposed operation whilst the Rahui is in place which signifies our declaration of absolute opposition to poison, We the living people of Coromandel say no more.
May this notice serve as an abatement issued by We the people standing in right of peaceful possession and as agents of the crown are sworn to uphold statute and our rights under sections 9, 53 and 57 of the Crimes Act 1961, We reserve Our right to issue notices of liability and to cease and desist to any paid agents and or third party affiliates onsite in participation of the proposed operation, stating they may be deemed liable should injury occur and thereby could be considered complicit under section 200 of the Crimes Act 1961.
We the people confirm we are inconvenienced and that injury will result from application of poison to every living organism that ingests it with generational effects and We the living men and women of Coromandel confirm that we hold no evidence of consent to contract, joinder or agreement to allow the use of residual poison by any person/corporation/crown/agent.
No Consent, Cease and Desist, No toxic trespass permitted.
With regards,
Ryan
