Dear Ryan
Thank you for your Official Information Act request to the Minister of Conservation, received
on 09 July 2022, in which you requested:
1. Please provide documented evidence showing fully signed and dated consent to
administer and deploy poison along with names and contact details of the living men
and women as well as any corporate entity which ultimately gave the assumed
consent to deploy 1080 POISON on Moehau for this proposed drop including any
company or individual which stands to gain any form of financial remuneration from
the poison operation including but not limited to their crown and corporate affiliates
and any contractors companies or participants to the operation acting as agents as
defined in section 16 of the Secret Commissions Act 1910 and include confirmation
that all relevant and necessary disclosures have been made in relation to their
obligations within the meaning of the Act and made available under this request with
full transparency to show that no benefit is being derived by any providing consent or
being awarded contracts either directly or indirectly.
2. Please provide documented evidence that either you as minister in your full unlimited
professional and personal capacity, persons or corporation named on the consent
have the authority to administer natural land of substance and deploy known toxins
by aerial application where Living Men and Women are present in their natural state
and can administer that land as a claim of right including but not limited to exercising
their inalienable rights & moral obligations to protect Our living land providing
resource and sustenance for We the living men and woman on behalf of our families.
This letter is to inform you that item 1 of your request is being transferred to the Department
of Conservation for response, as it aligns with its portfolio. You will hear from the Office on
your request in due course. Item 2 will be responded to by the Minister of Conservation.
You are entitled to seek an investigation and review of my decision by writing to an
Ombudsman as provided by section 28(3) of the Official Information Act.
