Subject: Official Information request - EXEMPT FROM MARTIAL LAW and
Covid-19 restrictions.

Dear Nanaia Mahuta,

I Am wanting all information held by your office regarding any
discussions, emails, memos, documents on the numbers of individual
diplomatic passports issued to sovereign tangatawhenua by the NZ
government spanning the years 1988-2022?

Those who whakapapa to an unsurrender Tipuna did not agree to be a slave
of the New Zealand corporation, what evidence, documentation is held by
your office that sovereign Rangatira and the lawfully constituted Hapu
they are responsible for agreed to be New Zealand Citizens or British
subjects by any conscious act?

544 chiefs and their descendants have settled, leaving only the apocrypha
in te tiriti, the non statutory entities who did not sign and did not
surrender, first in time, is best in law and the agreements were with non
statutory entities, where is the agreement to only statutory entities
receiving recognition and funding for administrating on our whenua taonga
tuku iho?

Iwi Chairs and statutory runanga and limited liability companies did not
exist on our whenua taonga tuku iho before the arrival of the settlers,
where is the documentation, agreement, notes, memos, consents being held
that give authority to New Zealand company to violate the rights of
sovereign ascendants of ancestral tipuna unsurrender?

Hapu and their Rangatira non compliant to form due to being native right,
original right unsurrender, where are the notes, memos, emails and
documentation held giving legal permission to New Zealand company to
create legal entities and hypothecated unit titles out of the birth
registration documents as show in c.f Personal Property Security Act
legislation as emissions?

RES/CORPUS is trust property, so to become a RES-ident one must have first
been hypothecated and made into RES to be identified as a resident, where
is the legal permission to be found for this non voluntary trust creation?

Where is the agreement to becoming a RES or identifiable trust property
UNIT in NZ legislation?

Where is the exemption from martial law for those who did not contract,
nor agree with the actions of the New Zealand company?
