Official information request for Remuneration Policies of on-goingly
funded organisations (Investment organisations)

 

I refer to your official information request dated 20 June for which
on-goingly funded organisations (Investment organisations) have supplied
their remuneration policies, and when/if these are required within their
current funding agreements.

 

Investment organisations are not contractually obliged to provide a
remuneration policy however some organisations have done so voluntarily.
We have decided to grant your request however we will compile and provide
a full list of the which investment organisations have supplied a
remuneration policy on completion of the current Toi Uru Kahikatea
2023-2025 funding round in September 2022.

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
[1]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.

I refer to your official information request dated 20 June for which
on-goingly funded organisations (Investment organisations) have supplied
their remuneration policies, and when/if these are required within their
current funding agreements.

 

As explained below, investment organisations are not contractually obliged
to provide a remuneration policy and we do not have complete historical
records of where these have been supplied in the past. However, the
following investment organisations have recently voluntarily provided
remuneration policies to us, including as part of the Toi Uru Kahikatea
2023-2025 funding round:
