Dear Zachariah,

 

I refer to your email we received on 28 February 2022. You requested the
following information under the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA):

“Have you received any complaints about Jacob Jake Williams?”

 

Upon review, we have decided to refuse your request under the following
section of the LGOIMA:

-          7(2)(a) – to protect the privacy of natural persons

 

In the Council's view the reasons for withholding these details are not
outweighed by public interest considerations in section 7(1) favouring
their release.

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
