This OIA request was acknowledged but now overdue for a response

I retract this OIA request... there have been false allegations made about Donna Thomas.

We have been given FALSE information which is why this OIA request was sent.

I publicly issue a sincere APOLOGY to Ms Thomas for any distress this has caused her.

Lynette Stevens

This report by Lynette Stevens is full of malicious gossip. She has never met the people she is writing about and does not know them personally. It appears she has some type of personal vendetta against them, and none of them know why.
(1) She talks about Aaron Stuckey's incarceration which happened over a decade ago, Aaron has moved on, it's a shame Lynette can-not move on too, especially as it does not concern her.
(2) When Aaron was shot, Aanya (his daughter) and Margaret were down the farm with their horses. They both did not know about the shooting until 4am the next morning when the Police visited their home to inform them of the news and that Aaron was at that time already in Hospital undergoing surgery. So how is it that Lynette could say that Margaret rang Donna the evening before when she only received the news some 12 hours later. Again, what business is this of Lynette.
((3) Donna has never been arrested for Methamphetamine and is still working for St John Ambulance as a first responder and is training to be a Paramedic.
(4) Margaret and Buster did not gain custody, or apply for a parenting order (which is the correct term) of Ahnya, now Aanya Stuckey. Aanya's father Aaron applied for the parenting order, through out this procedure, he volunteered drug tests, which were clear, whereas, Gina, Aanya's mother would not volunteer. Gina had other charges against her at the time. The Courts saw fit to give the Parenting Order to Aaron. Again, nothing to do with Lynette.
(5) The Stuckey's never used Natalie Walker (Ms Fletcher) to gain Custody (Parenting Order) for Aanya, Custody was never an intention as already mentioned. Natalie Walker was not employed by the Police in the recent case against Arthur Thomas, This case was held behind closed doors, and the victims had, and still have name suppression. This was a confidential case to protect the victims and their families from such gossip,, so how come Lynette Stevens knows about it, she has been heard gossiping through ZB talkback, plus a recorded cellphone conversation identifying some of the victims. She should be given a Police warning, at the least, as the case was none of her business. Plus the Courts wouldn't take kindly to her spreading about names of people involved. The whole entry of Lynettes is full of lies and terrible misinformed gossip. We think it is distasteful.

I agree with Jane and Bill, as they have stated facts. All of which are no concern of Lynette Stevens.
Lynette Stevens has talked about drugs, but has failed to mention that when her brother died, he had drugs in his system.
It's still unclear to us as to why, Lynette Stevens is so fascinated with the people mentioned? And where does she get all her incorrect gossip?
Maybe she should volunteer some of her time to a worthwhile charity, instead of posting lies online.

D M Thomas... we know this isn't Des Thomas.. he was shocked. I will be sure to pass your comments about my dead brother on to his daughter.. now 21. She is also a friend of Aarnya Stuckey's.. and FYI, you have your facts wrong about my brother which has been very revealing.. this information of yours must have come from those who told LIES about his death. We have the facts to prove that. Perhaps you need to delve into my brother's killer's history. Ex Police say Murray was murdered by Karl LOBB...sad you didn't do some research about my brother's case before trying to attack me for asking questions through the legal avenues.. very sad of you to speak about a dead person. Lynette, in your response to DM Thomas, you stated that Des Thomas was shocked, naturally, he would have been, to learn that you had the audacity to make such a request to the OIA in the first place, especially when none of this was any business of yours, Des Thomas may well have been shocked, especially as you mentioned confidential stuff that you both may have conspired to.
DM Thomas has not got her facts wrong regarding your brother, the Coroner's report stated he had drugs in his system at the time of his passing. Ms Thomas was stating facts, as you were the one that brought drugs into it in your request to the 0IA in the first place. Now that the cupboard doors have been opened, and your own family skeletons are flying out to haunt you, you become agitated. What's good for the goose Lynette, is good for the gander also.
Coroner's reports don't lie, but gossipers do.

You're really scraping the barrel coming up with old news.. interesting you were privy to the Coroner's report which was at odds with the Pukekohe District Court Judge...Worksafe NZ admitted their failings and offered our family 15k towards a new inquest.. but Natalie Walker made sure she intervened to ensure Karl Lobb walked free. Then there was James Balle.. stood there in court and protected a killer! My brother was a hard-working man who has a daughter who recently turned 21.. a friend of Arnya Stuckey's..My brother's partner knows of the corruption and you are making a real fool of yourselves. Perhaps you would like a few more facts so you can get them straight.. when we have letters from the ADHB admitting the failures of the Pathologist, and St John admitting the Paramedic should never have introduced his theory on how Murray was killed, then you might understand how this case was corrupted. Obviously you are protecting a secret Crown witness against Arthur in the Royal Commission and the man who killed (ex Police say murdered) my brother.. lies were told about him and even police said there was no mention of Murray being an asthmatic.. no one is disputing the drugs in his system but that was NOT what killed him. Karl Lobb did.. your mate you want to defend? You are welcome to come around to our place.. Ms Donna Thomas knows where we live. Come and see the evidence. The Toxicologist admitted she didn't know Murray was an asthmatic because minute traces of meth can show up because of asthma prevention medication. Your attempt to try to attack a 'dead man' shows your integrity.. we know who you are and what you are doing... won't work. OIA requests are made when people want answers.. the public know my petition was stonewalled because liars took to the stand.... it is disgraceful and certainly not gossip.. you are obviously living in fear of being found out... at least Donna Thomas used her surname. If she is unhappy with my retraction on here, get her to tell us herself because someone is sure feeding you 'horse manure'.

So we see you have taken the law into your own hands again. You can-not take a truth, which we have given you, and twist, and manipulate it into a liar, just to satisfy your own vivid imagination, as the truth will always stand.
The Police Detectives throughly investigated this case. Going by their own findings and evidence, your statement above is nothing like what actually happened. There is always some evidence at the scene of a crime that can be identified and analysed, and according to the Police, nothing points towards Aaron's family. There were no witnesses, but the Police and the Stuckey family are satisfied that the case was dealt with professionally and correctly. We just wonder where all your gossip comes from.

This is personal to me as Aaron is my partner and an absolute incredible one at that, and also a doting stepdad to my children who do not need to know about his past because that’s exactly what it is - his past!!!
If you got your head out of your own backside for five minutes you’d actually find out for yourself what a special man he really is! He served his time and well and truly moved on with his life in a much more positive manner!! The courts, most definitely made the right decision and giving him custody of his beautiful daughter also!!!

You seem to be implying I am not speaking the truth Rachel? If you sat down and did some research, perhaps you would see what is going on and obviously behind your back. Ask Jane and Bill to tell the facts instead of their version of the truth. We now have your name to pass on to those investigating and think you should know someone has confessed to Des Thomas, my husband and I and recently to ex Police. My brother's KILLER was a secret Crown witness against Aaron's uncle Arthur and we have the proof of his lies under oath.. and you don't speak for all of the people in the community Rachel.. we know this for a fact! There are many people in this community WE live in too, who support us and are waking up to all the lies! One of the ex police we are dealing with has asked for a summary of Karl Lobb and what he has done... he has that now. Ask Jane and Bill to ask Natalie about her involvement in protecting Lobb.
