Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 17 March 2022.
My response to each part of your request can be found below:
1.)
Date of the arrest, incarceration of Mr Aaron Stuckey for production of
methamphetamine on his parents' property River Road, Tuakau, NZ, I request to obtain
the complete Police file, and if no Police file, why not?
This request is refused pursuant to:
• Section 9(2)(a) – of the OIA, as the withholding of the information is necessary to
protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.
Police considers the interests requiring protection by withholding the information
are not outweighed by any public interest in release of the information.

This request is refused pursuant to:
• Section 6(c) - of the OIA, as the making available of that information would be likely
to prejudice the maintenance of the law, including the prevention, investigation, and
detection of offences, and the right to a fair trial.
AND
• Section 9(2)(a) – of the OIA, as the withholding of the information is necessary to
protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.
Police considers the interests requiring protection by withholding the information
are not outweighed by any public interest in release of the information.

Date of shooting of Aaron Stuckey and the Police file into this event and why he was not
taken directly to hospital but rather his mother phoned his cousin, Donna Thomas, St John
Paramedic? If there are no details regarding this serious event, why not?

2471 on methamphetamine charges and was this the reason she is no longer a St John
Paramedic?

How did Aaron Stuckey's parents, Margaret and Buster Stuckey gain custody of their
grandchild Arnyha Stuckey (daughter of Aaron Stuckey and Gina Gibson) considering
Aaron had methamphetamine charges/incarceration?
This request is refused pursuant to:
• Section 18(g) – of the OIA, that the information requested is not held by the Police
and the person dealing with the request has no grounds for believing that the
information is either held by or connected more closely with the functions of
another Department or Minister of the Crown or organisation or a local authority.

How were the Stuckeys able to use, now Crown Lawyer, Natalie Walker (Mrs Fletcher) to
gain custody of their grandchild when their names have been linked to involvement in
the Crewe case in which Natalie Walker represented the Crewe daughter during the
Crewe review period between 2010 to 2014. Natalie Walker is also representing the
Stuckeys in the latest case against Arthur Thomas and it can only be seen as a 'conflict
of interest'. Ms Natalie Walker also involved herself in the case of my brother's
workplace death case (11/11/11) which is now being looked at with a view to another
Coronial Inquest because it was completely covered up because the kil er (Karl Lobb aka
secret Crown witness Mr X in the Thomas Royal Commission 1980) links to the Crewe
case.
