NZ Bill of Rights

Chuck Schooner (Account suspended) made this Official Information request to Jacinda Ardern

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Chuck Schooner (Account suspended) to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Chuck Schooner (Account suspended)

Dear Jacinda Ardern,

Can you please provide a comparison list of

- NZ Bill of Rights under Covid emergency laws ie whats rights are afforded to citizens
- NZ Bill of Rights normally ie what rights are afforded to citizens normally

Can you please provide all supporting documents, justification that you as PM have in restricting these rights?

For example

- ruling by decree
- government is now autocratic

It’s time to end things - if you are scared of the pandemic stay home. If not live your life. Nobody is listening. You can swan off and work for UN and only 75% of the country will hate you. Another couple of weeks and conspiracy theorists will be right and 95% will hate you.

Yours faithfully,
Chuck
