We have reviewed your request and due to how far back the information you are seeking goes, unfortunately we no longer hold that information, however as a courtesy we have provided a document (please see attached) that sets out how to find information that should be of relevance to your search. Unfortunately the list of circulars we have been able to reference for you only go back as far as 1945. The most useful reference for you would be a book published by The New Zealand Postal History Society (NZPHS) in 1993 which contains an alphabetical list of every Post, Telegraph & Telephone Office ever opened in New Zealand. Details of this publication are - NEW ZEALAND POST OFFICES
Author - R M Startup, ISBN0908588429, Hardback - 281 pages.
