Dear Porirua City Council,

I have previously asked for all information PCC may have used in relation
to locating the alignment of MHWS at the Rukutane Point discharge point.

PCC has chosen to refuse that request, and pretended that the information
is included in the application for resource consent.

I have now lodged a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman about PCC’s
refusal.

I now ask for the following information:

‘All that information PCC relied upon (including correspondance within PCC
staff, and from and to PCC staff and external parties) in making its
decision to refuse this LGOIMA request.’
