Dear OIA Requests,

Thank you for the response Astrid.

Unfortunately there is missing detail with regards to the original
request—notably—the allocation of each vaccine batch identifier "by each
DHB in NZ and for each official vaccination centre within that DHB's
district held by the Ministry or any related agencies."

I can see that the equivalent detail for Astrazeneca batches was included
in Appendix I but not for Pfizer batches.

Can this please be included in a follow up response?
