Dear Ministry of Health,
I write as a New Zealand citizen.
With regards to Pfizer/BioNTech BNT162b2 vaccines (adult and paediatric versions) received since 3 December 2021:
May I please request the batch/lot information or any relevant identifiable code used to distribute the vaccine by each DHB in NZ and for each official vaccination centre within that DHB's district held by the Ministry or any related agencies.
