Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) received by the 
Ministry of Health (the Ministry) on 12 January 2022 as a follow up to your previous requests 
released to you on 12 January 2022 under refs: H202114851, H202115506 and H202116404.  
 
You requested: 
 
“The allocation of each vaccine batch identifier ‘by each DHB in NZ and for each official 
vaccination centre within that DHBs district held by the Ministry or any related agencies.’” 
 
The Ministry is releasing this to you in Appendix 1 attached to this response. Please note, this 
document includes information on the distribution of all batch numbers of the Comirnaty vaccine 
that have been received by New Zealand up to and including 27 April 2022. Information relating 
to AstraZeneca vaccine batches was already provided to in response to your previous requests 
H202114851, H202115506 and H202116404.
