Dear Ministry of Health,
I write as a New Zealand citizen.
Can I please request the following vaccination details held by the Ministry of Health or any related agencies for distribution and administration in New Zealand:
- All Sars-Cov-2 vaccination batch numbers and origin of manufacture produced by Pfizer/BioNTech.
Can I please request the following vaccination details held by the Ministry of Health or any related agencies supplied by New Zealand to the Pacific Islands via the Covax facility:
- All Sars-Cov-2 vaccination batch numbers, origin of manufacture and recipient country produced by AstraZeneca.
- All Sars-Cov-2 vaccination batch numbers, origin of manufacture and recipient country produced by Pfizer/BioNTech.

Can I please request the following vaccination details held by the

administration in New Zealand:

Can I please request the following vaccination details held by the
Ministry of Health or any related agencies supplied by New Zealand to the
Pacific Islands via the Covax facility:

- All Sars-Cov-2 vaccination batch numbers, origin of manufacture and

The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as further consultation is required.
You can now expect a response to your request on, or before, 14 December
2021.
You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
request.
