Need Car Plate number

Dear Auckland Transport,
Can i please get a plate number for a guy who came to me on a white Prius this afternoon at my location to buy some stuff.
He took the stuff from me and made an online payment which didn't came through.
So i am just wondering if i can get his car plate number so i can report it to police for further investigations please.
My location is 1, Soljak Place, Mt Albert. And here is one CCTV installed on top of Pedestrian Bridge.
