This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for John to read recent responses and update the status.
From: John
Dear Ministry of Justice,
My enquiry is in relation to how many people have been charged and or convicted with failing to give details as a passenger of a vehicle.
Could you also address also whether the passenger of a vehicle is legally obligated to give their details as a passenger.
Yours faithfully,
John
