I would like to request information on NZ Police's current policy on Driver licensing.
On 8 June 2022, NZ Police released a list of policy documents that included a document titled "Driver licensing" [1] (reference IR-01-22-11586).
Please release the following information:
1a. A copy of the latest version of "Driver licencing".
Please provide this information in an accessible, searchable format without a watermark.
If any information needs to be withheld from the document, please ensure this is not done in a way that makes the surrounding content (such as other content on the same page) inaccessible.

I see that you asked for NZ Police to provide this document "in an accessible, searchable format without a watermark", but both the table of contents and pages 5–7 have been provided to you as inaccessible and unsearchable images of text, and NZ Police has not provided you with a reason why they did not provide the information you requested in the way you prefer.
I hope you will consider complaining to the Ombudsman about NZ Police's failure to abide by their obligations under s16 of the OIA.
