Hi could you please provide me with details of the procedures, medical and otherwise taken in determining any causal links in deaths following covid-19 vaccination and how long from the time of death that investigation might take.

The Ministry of Health is following the [1]World Health Organization (WHO)
guidelines on investigating such reports. The time between a death and an
investigation is dependent on the information first provided, the nature
of the reaction and the willingness of the person filing the report to
answer questions and/or provide further information.
Under section 28(3) of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
