Document Outlining how MOH determines if deaths are unlikely to be related to Covid-19 Vaccine

Chris McCashin made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Health should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Chris McCashin

Dear Ministry of Health,

Can the Ministry of Health please provide the document that outlines how the Ministry of Health determines how "Deaths are unlikely to be related to the Covid-19 vaccine".

Can you also comment on what the criteria would be to determine if and when the experimental Pfizer vaccination is deemed to be doing more damage than the Covid-19 virus based on the statistics below?

The following statistics show 2.2% of people have adverse reactions as opposed to 99% recovering with treatment and natural immunity.

Statistics - Vaccine
Total Adverse Reactions/Doses - 4521/744883 = 2.2%
Serious Adverse Reactions/Doses - 103/744883 = 0.01% (Includes bells palsy, heart attack, menstrual irregularities, stroke)
Deaths - 8/744883 = 0.0001% (Apparently 4 "are not related to vaccine - how is this determined? - 2 unexplained and 2 under investigation

Statistics - Virus
Deaths - Covid only 9/2742 = 0.32% - see link below

https://fyi.org.nz/request/15718-deaths-...

Recovered/recovering - 2716/2742 - 99.05% - no serious adverse affects noted and they now have natural immunity

For the purposes of this request I am a citizen.

Yours faithfully,

Chris

Hi Chris

MOH has stated that CARM is contracted to MOH.

-What/who is CARM
- Is CARM system/database only or also the processes / workflows / roles etc
- Who are all named individuals with access to CARM system and whom are involved in review of covid adverse events including death.
- Who controls all entry and exit points into the CARM system and which other intermediary systems and process feed into CARM and who owns and manages the feeder systems processes / workflows / roles etc
- Who is responsible for ensuring CARM training of every doctor / nurse / pharmacist / vaccinator / other with injecting responsibility and who maintains the competence and capability levels
- What under-reporting reporting level metric is MOH Medsafe using as baseline to forecast adverse events including death
DEATH
- Which formula and variables are being used as 'background rates' in each age group to stratify adverse effects including death when deciding "unlikely to be caused by the vaccine"

(Not revised since 10 FEB 2021)

'How will Medsafe monitor COVID-19 vaccine safety?

Medsafe has not yet finalised all of the methods that we will use to monitor COVID-19 vaccine safety'

- Precisely what safety monitoring methods / tools / process / capability/ competence / roles are missing and why have the gaps not been finalised and published and when will the safety monitoring gaps be finalised and published
