Kia ora James,

Thank you for your patience regarding this.

This matter stems from a Canterbury methamphetamine matter from which we are seeking to forfeit $37,828.30 alleged by us to be the proceeds of drug dealing. We have filed for forfeiture which has resulted in Ilton claiming some of the money is legitimate and we are now awaiting evidence to that effect.

I hope you and your whānau are staying safe.

Kind regards,
William

Management Assistant
