Good afternoon James,

 

I refer to your request of 22 November 2021, for:

 

Could you please provide

- any policies or non confidential generic agreement letters around
personal use of vehicles

- A list of roles allocated personal use vehicles and what the personal
use is (i.e. limited or full personal use).

- The total number of personally allocated vehicles within the New Zealand
Police

 

Unfortunately we will not be able to meet the due date of 20 December
2021.

 

I can confirm that your request has been compiled and is currently
progressing through our internal consultation process.

 

Although I am unable to confirm a release date at this stage, in normal
circumstances this process can take up to five working days.
