Current court cases
Will Inglis made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Will Inglis to read a recent response and update the status.
From: Will Inglis
Dear Ministry of Justice,
I'm looking for data regarding the number of homicide/murder cases currently before the courts.
Depending on how your reporting works, I would also be happy with data regarding the number of homicide cases heard and/or decided on in the past three months.
Can you also provide a breakdown of these cases by verdict, e.g. still being heard, guilty, not guilty, charge reduced to manslaughter, or something similar, again depending on how your reporting works.
Please let me know if you require any further clarification.
Yours faithfully,
Will Inglis
