"1.The dollar amount that HealthCare NZ receives in bulk-funding from
District Health Boards by contract.

2. Confirmation that under these bulk-funding arrangements, HealthCare NZ
is not required to payback money for undelivered services.

3. The number of times that HealthCare NZ did not provide care to DHB
clients over 65 in June 2021 because there was no support worker assigned
to them. We believe HealthCare NZ holds this information and it should be
disclosed under the Official Information Act. "
