I refer to your four requests of 8 and 9 July 2021 for official
information concerning admissions to the University’s MBChB programme.

Under section 12(2) of the Official Information Act, the official
information requested needs to be specified with due particularity. Please
advise whether you intended to request the information below:

 1. For 2019 and 2020 MBChB admissions, a list of the qualifying
programmes for successful graduate applicants in the General
admissions category.
 2. For 2021 MBChB admissions, the number of successful FY applicants in
the General admissions category, broken down by whether their FY
pathway was the Bachelor of Health Sciences or the Bachelor of Science
(Biomedical Science).
 3. For 2021 and 2019, the number of students enrolled in first year of
the Bachelor of Health Sciences who achieved an A+ grade, and the

Please note that the above has been drafted purely based on what it
appears you wish to request from your emails of 8 and 9 July 2021. This is
not a decision to provide the information specified above. The University
will consider your request after it has been finalised and then make a
decision on what information should be provided to you in accordance with
the Act. The University will treat this as a single request for the
purposes of section 18(f) of the Official Information Act, which relates
to requests for information that would require substantial collation or
research to provide, but your request needs to be made with due
particularity before we can carry out such an assessment.

After you have finalised your request, the University has a time limit of
20 working days to respond (unless extended).

Yours sincerely,
