In the interest of public safety
Please receive a request for Road Safety audits completed for DC98 - Transport Corridor Improvements – 15th Avenue project. Also known at the time as "15th Ave for the corridor improvement project"
Specifically
1) The Independent safety and network functionality assessment is undertaken by Stantec before construction
2) The 'post-construction road safety audit' /audits carried out.
3) and any preliminary safety audits that may have been completed to meet NZTA Safety Audit process when initially applying for NZTA funding from the NLTP
4) and any other 'safety assessments' audit relating TCC public announcement made at the time " it was announced the works would be delayed in order to assess safety"
Please also advise if any NZTA funding was eventually provided to this project
