Racism in the NZ health system towards Maori

The request was partially successful.
From: Marc Smith
Dear Ministry of Health,
In 2020, former Health Minister David Clark admitted that there is institutional racism in the New Zealand Health system.

Could I please be provided with the following papers:
- All reports, aides-memoire, memos, and other briefings sent to the Minister of Health from 1 January 2020 to 30 April 2021 that inform the Minister of Health about racism in the New Zealand Health system.
I limit my request to such papers that contain the term 'race' or 'racist' or 'racism' as this is a very strong key term and should enable you to find all papers in scope of my request easily. I am not requesting papers that do not contain these terms.
Kind regards
Marc Smith
