“All reports, aides-memoire, memos, and other briefings sent to the Minister of Health 
from 1 January 2020 to 30 April 2021 that inform the Minister of Health about racism in the 
New Zealand Health system.  
I limit my request to such papers that contain the term 'race' or 'racist' or 'racism' or 'racial' 
as these are very strong key terms”
