2. The internal report/memorandum/record of decision written by your agency regarding the aforementioned OIA response, as required by the guidelines of the Ombudsman.
3. If the health study referred to in the Stuff article has neither been released under the OIA nor otherwise been made publicly available, I request the complete health study.
4. If the health study has been made publicly available, I request a link to it.
