Dear Geraldine,
Yes please electronic. Apologies for the extra work this causes you but I believe it in the public interest to see what consideration has occurred if any for this historic building. It will be a real pity if this piece of heritage is gutted and turned into apartments or something equally tacky and commercial. I know we can't save everything but surely this building which is iconic and over looks all of Wellington deserves some consideration. It would be great if it was brought under some kind of protection like old St Paul's. But the initial request will shed light in what if anything has been considered and show the level of proactive assessment.
Yours sincerely,
Adam Irish
