Please find below our brief statement on the work done to the Kauri to Otiria stage of the Northland line.
The line is to be reopened at the end of 2022.
Physical works to achieve that will begin in early 2022 - our focus in 2021 is to complete track works between Swanson and Whangarei
We are currently carrying out track inspections of the Kauri to Otiria section so we can scope the necessary work.
