Dear KiwiRail,

We have been engaged by our client who is concerned that the recent track upgrades to the Ross Hill Tunnel (No.7) northern portal on the North Auckland Line, which as she states included lowering of the track, has increased erosion on her land adjacent to the northern portal.

We would like to review the design report regarding the upgrade to the Ross Hill Tunnel (No.7), to determine the extent of earthworks, and also what measures were taken in order to prevent erosion of the site.
