Costs of Processing Plan Change 18

Dear Porirua City Council,

I understand that in the processing Plan Change 18 the Council incurred costs amounting to $1,340,958.71 that PCC was entitled to recover from the land owner, namely Plimmerton Developments Limited.

I also understand that as of 30 April 2021 PCC had only managed to recover $879,621.82, leaving a balance of $461,336.89 outstanding.

Please provide me with the following information:
- a record of the costs actually recovered from PDL to date; and,
- if payment of recoverable costs has not yet been made in full by PDL the reasons why.
